Home Inspections in Arizona
Home inspections are key in the home buying process and we pride ourselves in helping our clients dig into the current status of the home.
In Arizona, the standard purchase contract has 10 days of inspections followed by 10 more days of repair negotiations. These terms are negotiable as so many things are, which we would consult with you over the pros & cons of each situation.
Ultimately, buyers have a lot of power once they are in contract and the inspection / repair negotiation period is one where the buyer can walk away from a home if needed (usually with only the cost of the inspections).
